Dr. Ofir Hadad is a postdoctoral fellow at the Harry S. Truman Research Institute for the Advancement of Peace, where he also coordinates programs for research students from diverse populations, and he teaches in the Department of Political Science and in the Conflict Research, Management and Resolution program at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Previously, he was a Visiting Research Fellow in the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Oxford, and a postdoctoral fellow on an Israel Science Foundation-funded research project on divided cities. His research focuses on the intersection of law, politics, and violent conflict. Ofir completed his doctoral studies through the Advanced Graduate Studies Program (TELEM) in the Department of Political Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as the Human Rights under Pressure – Ethics, Law and Politics program, a joint initiative of the Hebrew University and Freie Universität Berlin.
