On Thursday May 24, 2012, Nir Barkat, Mayor of Jerusalem, visited IDI to learn more about the Institute's work and explore avenues of collaboration. IDI Senior Fellows Prof. Avi Ben-Bassat and Prof. Momi Dahan presented their findings on the crisis of local government in Israel. Their presentation was followed by an informative and lively discussion, in which Mayor Barkat shared his insider views on the subject.
