Dr. Libby Maman

Guest Researcher, Civil Service Reform Program

Dr. Libby Maman is a researcher in the field of public administration and an expert in governance, trust, and regulation. She serves as a consultant to civil society organizations and governmental bodies, on measurement development, trust, transparency and participation. Additionally, she acts as an expert advisor to the OECD on open governance.

Her research has been published in leading academic journals and in the media. She has received numerous awards and grants for her work, such as the Israeli President's Doctoral Fellowship for groundbreaking research.

Dr. Maman also has a background in public sector, having served as an advisor to the Director General of the Ministry of Culture and Sport, and as a cadet in the "Atidim - Cadets for Public Service" program.
