Daphna Cahana-Dolev is the project manager in the Education Policy Program at IDI. She leads multi-sectoral projects and partnerships and specializes in organizational development and learning methodologies, with an emphasis on creating strategic and applied models in the field of education.
Prior to joining IDI, Daphna served as a senior facilitator and director of learning development in the field of educational innovation, as a leadership development consultant for the IDF, and as the coordinator of the Urban Planning Cadets program on behalf of the Ministry of Interior.
Daphna holds a Master’s degree in Systemic Organizational Development from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sociology, and Anthropology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
