Book Launch: The Political System of Israel
The Van Leer Jerusalem Institute
43 Jabotinsky Street, Jerusalem
In cooperation with Am Oved Publishing
The Political System of Israel is the most comprehensive and up-to-date work on the government systems in Israel. Published by IDI and Om Oved Publishers, this two volume set spans the development of Israel's political system from its inception in 1948 until 2011. It combines presentations of facts with analyses of political processes and their significance, and its authors, Prof. Yitzhak Galnoor and Dr. Dana Blander, do not hesitate to take a stand on controversial issues.
On Monday, February 24, 2014, IDI and Om Oved marked the publication of the first volume of this set with a book launch at the Van Leer Jerusalem Institute.
