Tomer Lotan

Tomer Lotan served as Director General of the Ministry of Internal Security (now the Ministry of National Security) during the years 2021-2022. Prior to this position, Tomer established and led Magen Israel (Israel Shield) - the country’s national coordinating body formed to grapple with the Covid-19 pandemic. Tomer is an expert in public governance and policy who has held a variety of positions in the government and civil society. He has consistently worked to strengthen and improve Israeli public service.
