Has a master's degree in economics from a university in Moscow, with extensive experience in applied quantitative research (market research, public opinion, and evaluation). She has previously worked in market research institutes in Russia and Israel, in the Central Bureau of Statistics, in the Strategic Planning Department of the Jerusalem Municipality, and at the Jerusalem Institute for Policy Research.
